【𝗔𝗦𝗛】🔥OLDENDAYS HOR KA SAI【虎咬狮传统咖啡】
“Hor Ka Sai” literally means Tiger bites Lion in Hokkien, is one famous beverage originated from the former miring town of Taiping in Perak. Traditionally, the beverage is a mixture of local coffee, chocolate malt and milk. According to the folks, miners in the olden days always feel very energetic and resourceful after consuming a cup of Hor Ka Sai each morning before they start work and hence able to last the long and strenuous working hours under the hot sun. With such a good feeling, they joke that they are as strong as a tiger and able to conquer the lion, hereby their supreme master. It has since been known as a famous and must have coffee for the Taiping folks or those visiting the town. Hor Ka Sai has very aromatic coffee, creamy and concentrated taste yet not so sweet. It can be served hot or chilled.

Suggested Serving:
Hot ♨ : Add 1 sachet of "Hor Ka Sai" mixture (38g) into a cup with 180ml of hot water, stir well and serve.
Cold 🧊: Added with 150ml hot water, stir well and add with some ice.
